The story, neutrally told

Police found a 93-year-old woman, named as Marie-Louise, dead and naked on her bathroom floor in Toulouse on Sunday. Neighbours had reported shouting and noises from inside the house. A 34-year-old Sudanese man was arrested at the address. GB News describes him as homeless and said to be in France illegally.

The woman was disabled and unable to move without help. GB News says she had a stroke earlier this year. An autopsy found injuries suggestive of sexual violence and neck injuries consistent with asphyxiation, according to Toulouse prosecutors. Prosecutors have asked for the suspect to be held in custody while they investigate murder preceded or followed by rape.

The Express, citing reports, says the suspect appeared intoxicated, had a breath alcohol reading of 0.92mg per litre, and an officer was hurt during the arrest. It adds that the prosecutor's office said there was no prior criminal record. Neighbours in the Minimes district described her as a much-loved figure, with one calling her "the neighbourhood grandmother". The Express frames its account as an allegation and relies partly on The Sun. Charges and the circumstances of the death have not been established in court.

Framing
Both outlets lead with the lurid image of a naked migrant on top of the dead woman, putting the suspect's nationality and migrant status in the headline. The story is treated as a shocking crime ('Horror').
Emphasis
The graphic scene, the suspect's nationality and migrant status, the woman's vulnerability, and neighbours' shock. The Express adds the alcohol reading and the officer's injury.
Leaves out or plays down
Neither gives detail on legal proceedings beyond the custody request. GB News leaves out the prosecutors' statement of no prior criminal record, which the Express includes. Both stress migrant status over the fact that the investigation is still at an early stage.
