The story, neutrally told

Centre · 2Abu Dhabi's Department of Government Enablement (DGE) has announced the establishment of TAMM Global, a new company to take the emirate's AI-powered unified government services platform, TAMM, to international markets. Centre · 2The announcement followed a directive from Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. Centre · 2Under its founding law, TAMM Global is to develop, manage and deliver an integrated ecosystem of digital services, own and operate specialised digital platforms, manage and develop TAMM, and hold the associated intellectual property rights.

Centre · 1It will also carry out research on the digital services sector, run training programmes for Emirati talent, build strategic partnerships, and invest in sector opportunities in the UAE and abroad, according to Gulf News. Centre · 2As an independent private-sector company, TAMM Global will partner directly with governments, organisations and institutions worldwide, licensing the platform's architecture and implementation methodologies so that governments can adapt prebuilt services to their own laws and regulations and deploy faster. Centre · 2DGE chairman Ahmed Al Kuttab said the company builds on TAMM's success by making capabilities "proven effective and efficient in Abu Dhabi available to governments seeking to deliver better outcomes for their people".

Centre · 2The figures given for TAMM are more than 1,200 public and private-sector services through one digital gateway; about nine fewer visits to government service centres per user per year, or roughly 12 hours; customer satisfaction of 94.5 per cent, up from 78 per cent in 2022 before AI was integrated; and a 30 per cent cut in the cost of providing services. Centre · 2Both outlets note that TAMM was named the world's best e-government initiative at the UN-backed WSIS Prizes in 2025 and won the Government category across Europe, the Middle East and Asia at the 2026 Gartner Eye on Innovation Awards. Centre · 1Gulf News adds that the launch is a milestone in Abu Dhabi's ambition to become the world's first AI-native government, and that it reflects growing international demand for proven technologies that protect sovereignty and public trust.

Every sentence links to the reporting it rests on. The pill in front of each says where its sources sit: Left, Centre or Right when one side supplies at least half of them, Mixed when they are evenly split. The number is how many outlets it cites.
