Mixed · 2Olvin Daniel Cabrera Valladares, 13, died after being found caught inside a playground slide at Shenandoah Park in Miami's Coral Way neighborhood, according to his mother, Estefanía Valladares, who spoke to Local 10. A city spokesperson said the matter is under investigation and the city could not comment further; the Post reports officials did not confirm the chain of events the mother described.

Mixed · 2The GoFundMe for funeral costs had raised more than $10,000 as of October 6, and Valladares urged parents to be careful taking children to such parks.
