Four arrested on suspicion of murder after teenager dies in Stoke-on-Trent attack

Staffordshire Police arrested four people on suspicion of murder after a man in his late teens died and another was critically hurt on Brookhouse Road, Meir, Stoke-on-Trent, on Friday night.
