The story, neutrally told

Mixed · 2Gemma Collins is reportedly set to enter the Big Brother house as a guest on Friday 9 October, according to The Sun. Left · 1A source told The Sun that "the stage is set for Gemma and all being well, she'll be arriving on Friday", adding that there was still time for changes because of her work and personal commitments. Mixed · 2Both ITV and Collins' representative declined to comment, according to The Independent; Digital Spy said it had contacted ITV for comment.

Left · 1Collins, 45, rose to fame on The Only Way Is Essex and finished seventh on Celebrity Big Brother in 2016, when the show aired on Channel 5. Mixed · 2Her 2016 stay produced memorable moments, including the lines "I'm claustrophobic, Darren" and "get that fire exit door", and a feud with Tiffany Pollard. Mixed · 2If she enters, she would follow earlier guests Michael "Tays" Taylor, who went in as a fake housemate, and Jedward, who stayed two days and set challenges.

Mixed · 2The current series has had drama: Jedward were involved in a row dubbed 'splashgate', new housemates Twinks and Catrin arrived after Johanne's eviction, and Charlotte Nott quit less than two weeks in. Mixed · 2Collins has also appeared on I'm A Celebrity...South Africa in April and stars in the Sky reality show Gemma Collins: Everything. All At Once; she has spoken of her mother Joan's death this year, a day before Collins was due to marry Rami Hawash.

Every sentence links to the reporting it rests on. The pill in front of each says where its sources sit: Left, Centre or Right when one side supplies at least half of them, Mixed when they are evenly split. The number is how many outlets it cites.
