The story, neutrally told

Jeffrey Soros, a Hollywood producer and nephew of George Soros, hosted a Monday night fundraiser at his home for Abdul El-Sayed, the Democratic Senate candidate in Michigan. In footage obtained by Fox News Digital, Soros said he had known El-Sayed since 2012 and interviewed El-Sayed as a finalist for the Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans. The fellowship was founded by Soros' parents to support immigrants and their children; El-Sayed won it in 2012 and is still listed among its fellows.

Breitbart says the fellowship advertised awards of up to $90,000 over two years in 2012; Fox says it pays tens of thousands of dollars in stipend and tuition support. A flyer said guests could donate up to $57,800 to the Abdul for Michigan Victory Fund. Breitbart adds that Pod Save America hosts Jon Favreau, Tommy Vietor and Ben Rhodes co-hosted. Both outlets say the event drew attention because El-Sayed has campaigned on getting money out of politics and has criticised billionaire influence.

Alyssa Brouillet, communications director for Republican nominee Mike Rogers' campaign, called it 'dark Soros money' and said El-Sayed 'says one thing and does another.' The El-Sayed campaign did not respond to Fox's request for comment. It has previously argued that corporate special interests are spending millions in dark money to help Rogers, and did not address the fellowship remarks. Breitbart cites a poll released this month showing Rogers at 44.4 percent and El-Sayed at 43.1 percent.

Framing
Presents the fundraiser as a contradiction between El-Sayed's anti-big-money message and ties to the Soros family, led by Fox's exclusive footage and echoed by Breitbart.
Emphasis
Soros family connections, the $57,800 donation cap, El-Sayed's past anti-billionaire quotes and the Rogers campaign's attacks. Breitbart adds the poll and the Pod Save America co-hosts.
Leaves out or plays down
Neither outlet includes El-Sayed's or the fellowship's own account of the fellowship, or notes that the fellowship is a merit programme for immigrants selected by a committee. No left or centre outlet covered the story, so no counter-framing is available.
Charged language
“secretive fundraiser”“dark Soros money”“conman”“would-be oligarchs”
For example
“Soros nephew divulges how family's power helped bankroll El-Sayed's education during secretive fundraiser” — Fox News
“Republican nominee Mike Rogers’ campaign seized on the footage.” — Breitbart
