Julio Peña joins Josh Heuston and Nicole Wallace in Amazon MGM romance Throttled

Spanish actor Julio Peña has joined the cast of Amazon MGM's Throttled, an adaptation of Lauren Asher's Dirty Air romance novel, playing the brother of Nicole Wallace's character.
