Right · 2Deputies were called to the address early on Thursday; Fox News says the call about an "unknown emergency" came just before 4:15 a.m., while the New York Post puts the response at around 4 a.m. and describes the home as a mobile home or trailer. Framing
Both outlets run a straightforward crime report built on the sheriff's office statement, the arrest affidavit and local TV reports, with emphasis on the mother's alleged confession and the family's grief.
Emphasis
The alleged confession, the capital murder charges, and quotes from the father, a neighbour and the sheriff. Fox adds the bond amount; the Post adds the head-shot detail.
Leaves out or plays down
Neither gives a motive. Fox does not name the younger victim; the Post does not report bond.
