Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Kyiv would halt refinery strikes if Moscow stopped attacking Ukraine's energy infrastructure, with any de-escalation reciprocal and backed by guarantees. Peskov said contacts with the US on the proposed energy truce were continuing.
