Teen, 16, dies and boy critically hurt after electric motorbike hits car in Taunton

A 16-year-old boy died and another teenager was critically injured when an electric motorbike collided with a car at traffic lights in East Reach, Taunton, on 1 October. Police are trying to find the bike, which was not at the scene.
