The story, neutrally told

Centre · 2Tulsa King season 4 premieres on Paramount+ on Friday, October 16, with Sylvester Stallone returning as Dwight Manfredi. Centre · 1The series, created by Taylor Sheridan, follows New York mafia capo Dwight "The General" Manfredi, who was released after 25 years in prison and exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he builds a crime empire. It premiered in 2022. Centre · 1Collider reports that the series holds an 87% Rotten Tomatoes score, with season 2 at 100%. Its cast also includes Neal McDonough, Gretchen Mol, Garrett Hedlund, Martin Starr and Frank Grillo.

Centre · 1Screen Rant says Paramount has not officially confirmed a release schedule beyond the premiere date. It expects weekly episodes on Fridays at 3 a.m. ET, as season 3 released one episode a week over 10 weeks. Centre · 1Per Screen Rant, Paramount's season description mentions a "crushing personal loss" for Dwight and says Tulsa is "turning into a battleground". Cal Thresher (McDonough) ended season 3 as governor of Oklahoma, and Bill Bevilaqua (Frank Grillo) has a grudge against Dwight. Centre · 2Paramount has already confirmed a season 5, which Screen Rant reports will move production from Georgia to New York for story reasons. A spin-off, Frisco King, stars Samuel L. Jackson as his season 3 character Russell Lee Washington, Jr.; Collider says it is in production, while Screen Rant says its first season has finished filming.

Centre · 2Both outlets place the premiere within Sheridan's wider Paramount+ slate. Collider notes he is still delivering shows for the service after a public severing of ties with the studio, and says Marshals season 2 premiered on CBS on October 4. Screen Rant counts nine new and returning Sheridan shows on the horizon.

Every sentence links to the reporting it rests on. The pill in front of each says where its sources sit: Left, Centre or Right when one side supplies at least half of them, Mixed when they are evenly split. The number is how many outlets it cites.
