US Marshals arrest Iowa fugitive working as San Diego chef after nearly 14 years

US Marshals arrested Brian Anthony Williams, 50, in San Diego's Mission Beach on Tuesday. He was wanted over a 2012 kidnapping and shooting in Davenport, Iowa, and had been living as "Troy Williams".
